Summer learning journey 2018-2019 prize

Yesterday Emma came into the class to talk about the summer learning journey. The reason why she told us about why we should do the slj she said we should do the slj because when the school holidays go on we do as much work and we lose every thing we just learnt but if we do the summer learning journey we will keep every thing we learned instead of lose every thing. If you win the summer learning journey you will get a pretty cool prize but today we have to pick something under $50 if we won. If i won i would want a ps4 gift card.

How to make a quality blog comment For cyber-smart these couple of weeks we have been making a slide show of how to make a quality blog comment.

Over the last two weeks we have been teaching others how to make a quality blog. A quality blog comment  must have thoughtful positive helpful. I found making the animation easy.

Change

For this term we have done science i have chosen chemical reactions.

 

Sience change

For sinence today we learnt about chemical reactions. First Mr Goodin put the vinager in the bottle and then the baking soda in really fast with a spoon then he quickly put on the cork screw. When he did it he ran away because the cork screw blasted out and hit the roof.

Calendar art

For calendar art this week we have learnt to blend colours with paint. I really enjoyed painting but i found it really difficult to get crisp lines. First we sketch on outline then we started at the top and worked down.

In science we are learning about change. Change happens when we mix or combined two different reactants substances together,when this happens a chemical reaction take place .
